we conduct multidisciplinary research using methods from the fields of marketing, economics, social psychology, and neuroscience to change individuals' or organizations' attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors for social and business benefits.

Our lab investigate prosocial behaviors and responses to social norm violations: such as challenging gender stereotypes (e.g., portraying women in traditionally masculine roles and men in traditionally feminine roles) and broadening beauty standards by featuring muscular women, women with body hair, or feminine‐looking men, as well as encouraging sustainability actions (e.g., adopting meat alternatives or reducing single‐use plastic consumption). Because questionnaire responses often reflect social desirability or a lack of awareness rather than authentic reactions, we measure implicit responses under controlled laboratory conditions.
